Before I went over my extended overseas trip I was getting a great Brazilian from this girl who had opened up her beauty salon in Subiaco. She was fab!
I came back from overseas and found that she had moved and I thought I had lost her number. So I looked up where to find a good place to get my Brazilian done again. I found a few reviews that referred to Jana Beauty in Subiaco that raved about her. “Jana is so cool and she is great with Brazilians, she’s an expert and is painless..” blahblah blah and BLAH.
I decided to try this Jana Beauty in Subiaco having read a few reviews saying how great she was. I can certainly tell you IT WAS A BLOODY FRIGGIN LIE!
This was by far the WORST ever EVER Brazilian I have ever had. The woman was hopeless it took her an hour, she left it slight patchy in places, she burnt my skin which has left some scarring (thank goodness it healed up and cleared up) and charged $90.00! I am NEVER going to refer anyone to Jana Beauty in Subiaco EVER. The woman doesn’t know how to do a proper Brazilian. I was almost in tears by the end of it.
I spent another few months not wanting to put myself through that torture from that crap place called Jana Beauty until one day I was cleaning out my spare room and found my old phone and luckily I found the number of the other beauty therapist I used to use. She had a bad breakup with her partner and had to shut down the business for a while but she has started it back up form her own home. This time it was different. It took approximately 15 minutes and the results were just wonderful! Im so glad my old therapist is back. She is a little crazy but at least she definitely knows how to do a great Brazilian.
DO NOT GO TO JANA BEAUTY FOR BRAZILIANS at least don’t let Jana herself do it! And they have the nerve to charge you 10% more for her to do it. The old coot sucks!
I promise never to go to jana for a brazilian or the crazy lady either.

blunty – when its done well its only 15 mins of a bit of pain and after that its sooooooooooooooooooo pretty and u can wear bikinis and anything about worrying about strays lol
How much do they charge for a Norwegian? Hang on a minute, it’s cold over there, ah never mind….
I, like Bearman, promise not to go to Jana for Brazilians either. Strays aren’t usually a problem for me because we have a high fence around out yard. Ocassionally a stray will leave a doggy doo in the driveway but it is rare. The RSPCA does a good job here in Launceston so the strays are kept pretty much under control
